This innovative product makes creating pie shells easy when pre-baking. The ceramic pie weights float freely in the interior of the bag, and the bag is placed on the raw pie dough. The Teflon material withstands the oven heat and has a non-stick surface that won't adhere to the pie dough. The weights prevent the crust from over expanding or becoming overly puffy. They also prevent pastry blisters. The weights are made of ceramic, and since they are sealed in the bag, you won't ever lose them. Available in two sizes:
